CALIFORNIA RULES FOR SB 1343 - 50 EMPLOYEES DOWN TO 5
Effective January 1, 2020, California employers of 5 or more employees (note that out-of-state employees count toward the 5 employee requirement) are required to provide Sexual Harassment Prevention Training to all employees. Supervisor training must be a minimum of two hours in length and staff training must be a minimum of one hour in length.
