Publisher's Use of the HR Classroom Compliance Management Features

Challenge

The Publisher's challenge was to create an efficient way to manage the completion of several compliance trainings, and consolidate many of their current trainings into the HR Classroom system. The business was spread out across the country and had many semi-autonomous business units.

Solution

Trainings were customized and deployed within the HR Classroom system, an interface was provided to integrate the HR Classroom system within the clients HR Portal, a customized website theme was developed to match the client's current website and user portal, a custom login methodology was created for the client's employees, and HR Classroom personnel assisted in developing a simple notification and tracking plan. In addition, tracking the completion of training requirements was spread out among several Report Managers.
